Chosen Country - Spain terms and conditions
1. All O2 Pay & Go customers may opt-in to Chosen Country - Spain for a monthly subscription fee and receive discounted call rates for certain calls made and received when roaming in Spain as set out in these terms and conditions.
2. Customers who opt-in to the service and are abroad in Spain will be able to:
The Included countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
A minimum call charge of 25p per call made will apply. All rates include VAT.
3. Calls to non-standard rate numbers (whether in the UK or the Included Countries) and calls to numbers outside the Included Countries are not included and will be charged at standard roaming rates. MMS and Data calls are also not included.
4. To opt-in to Chosen Country - Spain text Spain Month for the one month version and Spain for the on-going subscription to 21300 or call Customer Services from your O2 Pay & Go mobile. You will be able to make and receive calls at the discounted rates within a maximum of 48 hours after O2 receives the opt-in request and will be notified that Chosen Country - Spain has been activated via text message. Customers will also be able to opt into Chosen Country - Spain by calling 2425 and via www.o2.co.uk By opting-in you give your agreement to receiving messages relating to this service from O2.
5. When opting-in to Chosen Country - Spain, you may choose from the following two options:

If you choose a one month subscription, a one-off fee of £5 will be deducted from your available balance within two days after we receive your opt-in request and access to the discounted rates applicable to Chosen Country - Spain will be removed one month after you receive the confirmation message from us advising you that the service has been activated. Your normal roaming rates will then apply to all calls.
7. If you choose an on-going subscription, the discounted rates applicable to Chosen Country - Spain will continue to apply and a payment of £5 deducted from your available credit each month, until you actively contact O2 customer service to opt-out of the service or text 'SPAIN OFF' to 21300.
8. If we are unable to deduct the monthly payment of £5 you will lose the Chosen Country - Spain benefits and default to standard Pay & Go roaming charges. We will not be able to apply the Chosen Country - Spain benefits until we are able to deduct the £5 monthly payment from your handset balance. If you wish to opt-out we must receive your request at least 3 days before the beginning of your next monthly period or you will be charged for the service for the following month.
9. You may opt-out of the service by contacting customer service or texting 'SPAIN OFF' to 21300 at any time but no refunds will be given in respect of charges already applied.
10. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms applicable to Chosen Country - Spain at any time, including the Included Countries and the calling rates. Notice of any changes which are to your disadvantage will be provided via text message.
11. In relation to distance sales, you acknowledge and agree that you will not have a right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations once you have opted-in to Chosen Country - Spain.

International Caller Bolt On terms and conditions
1. The International Caller Bolt On can be added for a one-off charge of £4.99 and provides discounted international calls and text.
2. The International Caller Bolt On pricing and country information can be viewed at www.o2.co.uk or is available in store. Prices may be subject to change. Any change in International Caller Bolt On charges will be communicated via text message.
3. The International Caller Bolt On cannot be transferred to another mobile number or SIM card
4. To OPT IN to the International Caller Bolt On call free on 2425 from your O2 mobile and follow the instructions, text 'INTERNATIONAL' to 21300 free or subscribe online.
5. Video calls are excluded from the International Caller Bolt On.
6. In relation to distance sales, you acknowledge and agree that you will not have a right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations once this Bolt On has been activated. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ireland Bolt On terms and conditions
1. The Ireland Bolt On can be added for £1.99 per month and enables you to make the following calls from the Republic of Ireland at your standard UK rates: calls to standard UK fixed lines (starting 01,02,03) and UK mobiles (excluding video calls), Voicemail 901, Customer Service, O2 Directories (118402), Text messages to UK mobiles, 1471 Call Return, Circuit Switched WAP, GPRS WAP and i-mode® . Calls received whilst in the Republic of Ireland will be free. Calls to Group Chat, Group Conferencing, Timeline (123), Premium Rate numbers, International Directory Enquiries (118505), 07744/07755 numbers, Trafficline (1200) and all other international calls and text messages are excluded.
2. The discount only applies if you are using Direct Dial from your phone and not the *111*# prefix. To call home or send a text, just dial the full UK number, E.g. 01234 567890
3. Calls made to the Republic of Ireland numbers will be charged at your standard
4. To OPT IN to the Ireland Bolt On call free on 2425 from your O2 mobile and follow the instructions, text 'IRELAND' to 21300 free or subscribe online.
5. A one month minimum term applies. To OPT OUT call free on 2425 from your O2 mobile, text 'IRELAND OFF' to 21300 free or opt out online at least 48 hours before the next payment is due.
6. Customers will be reminded via text message to ensure there is sufficient call time balance for the £1.99 Ireland Bolt On charge to be deducted within 48 hours of the charge being deducted.
7. If we are unable to deduct the monthly payment of £1.99 you will lose Ireland Bolt On benefits and default to the standard Pay & Go roaming charges. When you next top up you should allow 24 hours from the time the £1.99 deduction is made for the Ireland Bolt On benefits to be made available.
8. In relation to distance sales, you acknowledge and agree that you will not have a right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations once this Bolt On has been activated. Your statutory rights are not affected.

My Europe Extra terms and conditions
1. All O2 Pay & Go customers may opt-in to My Europe Extra for a monthly subscription fee and receive discounted call rates for certain calls made and received when roaming in any of the Included Countries as set out in these terms and conditions.
2. Customers who opt-in to the service and are abroad in any of the Included Countries will be able to:
The Included countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
A minimum call charge of 25p per call made will apply. All rates include VAT.

You will automatically be opted out if you opt-in to Chosen Country - Spain, indicating that you require discounted rates only when roaming in Spain.
10. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms applicable to My Europe Extra at any time, including the Included Countries and the calling rates. Notice of any changes which are to your disadvantage will be provided via text message.
11. In relation to distance sales, you acknowledge and agree that you will not have a right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations once you have opted-in to My Europe Extra.
12. Customers who are also subscribed to the Pay & Go Ireland Bolt On will receive the discounted rates applicable to the Ireland Bolt On when travelling in Ireland. When travelling in the other included countries they will get the benefits of My Europe Extra.

Chosen Country - Spain terms and conditions
1. All O2 Pay Monthly consumer customers may opt-in to Chosen Country - Spain for a monthly subscription fee and receive discounted call rates for certain calls made and received when roaming in Spain as set out in these terms and conditions.
2. A monthly subscription fee of £5 per month applies. This will be added to your monthly bill within 3 days after we receive your opt-in request. The monthly subscription entitles you to one month of discounted rates.
3. When opting-in to Chosen Country - Spain, you may choose from the following two options:

At all times, provided that a cap of 1000 minutes per month applies to calls both made and received. Calls in excess of this cap will constitute abuse. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw Chosen Country - Spain from any individual at any time in the case of overuse or abuse.

10. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms applicable to Chosen Country - Spain at any time, including the Included Countries and the calling rates. Notice of any changes which are to your disadvantage will be provided via text message.

Discount Countries terms and conditions
1. Discount Country subscribers can only subscribe to one of ten countries at any time (except USA & Canada which are counted as one country).
2. You must provide one month's notice to O2 if you wish to cancel Discount Country by calling the customer care number on your monthly bill.
3. O2 International call prices are quoted by the minute, include VAT and are charged in one second increments, then rounded up to the nearest second and nearest penny. Minimum voice call charge is 3p.
4. Discount Country excludes calls to satellite mobiles.
International Traveller Service terms and conditions
1. Prices are Recommended Retail Price (RRP), pence per minute, include VAT and apply 24 hours per day
2. International calls made from the UK are charged in one-second increments, rounded up to the nearest second and then rounded up to the nearest penny.
3. Minimum charge is 2p including VAT
4. Calls made to landlines in Kosovo from any destination will be priced as a World Zone 3 call.
Ireland Bolt On terms and conditions
1. The Pay Monthly Ireland Bolt On can be added to all O2 Pay Monthly Tariffs (including Business tariffs) for free and enables you to make the following direct dial calls from the Republic of Ireland at 25p per minute at all times:

4. The discounted rates will only apply if you are roaming on the O2 Ireland network. To select O2 Ireland if it is not selected automatically, follow the instructions on o2.co.uk.
5. To opt in to the Pay Monthly Ireland Bolt On call O2 Customer Service on your O2 Pay Monthly mobile. The Bolt On will be added to your account on the first day of your next bill period.. Your discounted rates will then apply for one-month, after which you will be automatically re-subscribed and billed each month until you opt-out.
6. A one month minimum term applies. To opt out of the service, you must contact O2 Customer Service at least 72 hours before your next monthly period begins or you will be charged for the service for the following month. You may opt-out of the service at any time but no-refunds will be given in respect of charges already applied.
7. O2 reserves the right to remove or vary any elements of the Pay Monthly Ireland Bolt On, including pricing. 30 days notice will be given by text message if we change the terms and conditions to your disadvantage.

Please note that if you choose this option and opt-out during this 12 month period, you will still be charged for the full 12 months. After the initial 12 months, you will continue to be charged £2.50 per month and will receive the discounted rates until you contact us to opt-out. If you wish to opt-out after the initial 12 month period we must receive your request at least 1 day before the commencement of your next monthly period or you will be charged for the service for the following month.
9. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms applicable to Chosen Country - Spain at any time, including the Included Countries and the calling rates. Notice of any changes which are to your disadvantage will be provided via text message.

8. If you choose a minimum 12 month subscription, the discounted rates applicable to My Europe Extra will continue to apply and a payment of £4.26 (ex VAT) added to your bill each month for 12 months after you receive the confirmation message from us advising that the service has been activated. Please note that if you choose this option and opt-out during this 12 month period, you will still be charged for the full 12 months. After the initial 12 months, you will continue to be charged £4.26 (ex VAT) per month and will receive the discounted rates until you contact us to opt-out. If you wish to opt-out after the initial 12 month period we must receive your request at least 1 day before the commencement of your next monthly period or you will be charged for the service for the following month.
9. You may opt out of the service by contacting customer service at any time, but no refunds will be given in respect of charges already applied. You will automatically be opted out if you opt-in to Chosen Country - Spain, indicating that you require discounted rates only when roaming in Spain.
10. O2 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms applicable to My Europe Extra at any time, including the Included Countries and the calling rates. Notice of any changes which are to your disadvantage will be provided via text message.
11. In relation to distance sales, you acknowledge and agree that you will not have a right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations once you have opted-in to My Europe Extra.
