Using Mobile Extension and Best for Business abroad
Great news, O2 Mobile Extension and O2 Best for Business customers can now use short code dialing when calling back to the office from abroad. It works in exactly the same way as it does in the UK, so you'll be able to call other O2 Mobile Extension and O2 Best for Business mobiles too.
You'll also benefit from reduced call rates (whether using international or short code access) for those calls. The tables below detail the selected destinations you can now call from and the savings you'll make.

- Prices are ex VAT quoted as pence per minute rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Roamed calls outside Western Europe to UK, In-country In-zone have a minimum one minute charge and are then charged in 15 second increments. Out of Zone calls in all destinations are also charge in this way.
- Roamed calls in Western Europe to UK, In-country In-zone have a minimum 30 second charge and are then charged in 1 second increments.
- Charges in all destinations are in one second increments for receiving calls while abroad with no minimum.
- Calls made to landlines in Kosovo from any destination will be priced as a zone 3 call.
